Do your part to satisfy AB 1103- Benchmark Your Building with Energy Star Portfolio Manager.
You will actually benchmark your building during this workshop.

Once you establish your account and activate the ABS feature, your ENERGY STAR score will automatically reflect your building's energy performance on a monthly basis.

During this workshop, we will provide guidance and computers for you to:

- Create an account in Energy Star Portfolio Manager

- Enter the building data gathered pre-workshop

- Benchmark your building and receive your Energy Star Score

- Do your part to satisfy AB 1103's call for the benchmarking of CA's non-residential buildings

Please note: This is an introductory level Benchmarking
workshop. If you have complex issues or questions regarding
Benchmarking with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, please contact ENERGY STAR directly.

This Class is for the benchmarking of COMMERCIAL buildings over 5000 SF.

IMPORTANT PREREQUISITE:

In order to benchmark your building basic facility data must be gathered before attending the workshop: This information will be sent to you by the course instructor after you have registered for the course.

Also- in order to activate PG&E’s Automated Benchmarking Service please bring page 3 of your PG&E energy bill (for each meter being benchmarked).
