Bringing the Savings to You

The EE Initiative matches clients' energy efficiency needs with the rebates and incentives that will ensure the project's success. Powerful web-based tools such as the Flex Your Power Rebate Tool are very useful. Based on the Utility Company territory in which the commercial property is located, EE Initiative researches and qualifies appropriate rebate and incentive programs. EE Initiative focuses mainly on no- and low- cost measures that achieve maximum savings.

Commercial Building Tax Incentives.
Tax deductions are available for building owners that implement energy saving improvements to the building envelope, heating and cooling systems or lighting upgrades. There is a valuable resource of information in the TIAP Commercial Tax Incentive Description . EE Initiative keeps its clients informed of the tax incentives and deductions for which their energy efficiency projects qualify.

Current Focus: Retrocommissioning.
There are incredible retrocommissioning (RCx) programs currently offered by utilities. They consist of low-cost measures that vastly improve the operation and management of buildings resulting in impressive energy savings.
EE Inititiative works with RealWinWin (please peruse the informative RealWinWin's Retrocommissioning Update ) to assist in qualifying clients for RCx programs.
